Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Customer to Merchant Online Payment –
Bix42 enables third party payment gateway integration for payment collection from Customers to Merchant. In case of any payment failure, excess deduction or wrong deduction from customers will be taken with user and deducted from merchant’s payment gateway account. Bix42 does not handle any responsibility for the services delivered. As bix42 does not directly charge anything to the customers, any refund claimed by the customer depends on the payment gateway policy and Merchants.

Merchant’s AMC Payment –

Due to the nature of business, no refund would be provided to merchant’s once he has paid AMC for the subscription duration. Merchant will have full access to all the features for that duration and can use it as per their convenience. Merchant can not cancel, transfer or claim refund of the subscription charges. Any refund provided would be on sole discretion of bix42 management. For any failure , excess deduction on payment gateway side would be taken up with payment gateway team.
